Portsmouth Personal Trainer Richard is a real Renaissance Man, with a range of fitness skills that are almost as wide as his life experience. He has run walking classes for Age Concern, and led fitness classes for up to 400 people at a time. He has worked with a range of customers, from celebrities to sports stars, and delivered a variety of massage treatments at major summer festivals. Richard combines his diverse experience in health and fitness with his expert knowledge in Personal Training to provide a top quality service, tailored specifically to your goals.
Prior to his vocation as a home based Personal Trainer in Portsmouth and Fareham Richard served with the Royal Logistics Corp for several years where he also started his fitness coaching as a PTI. As part of this Richard qualified to lead mountain expeditions and became a competent skier. He has run several marathons for charity and played a wide variety of sports and activities including football, Tai Chi, volleyball and tennis. He is also a qualified chef, and has learned to combine his love of cooking with his nutritional expertise for helpful and practical dietary advice.
