I have been a personal trainer for three years now and my love is for Boxercise and strength training. I have two young children so I combine my work with caring for my girls. I see so many ladies struggle after having their children and just need encouragement to get back into fitness with a caring hand and ear!
I so enjoy seeing my clients progress through the weeks and gain in confidence in themselves and their exercise routine. So many of my clients have gone on to determine their own ideal exercise and are now enjoying running regularly, swimming, cycling and /or coming back to boxing classes.
I believe that once you find something you love exercise can so simply be your everyday routine. I also enjoy working with my male clients who perhaps work from home or come to me early in the morning before work - they certainly enjoy the Boxing and personal gym environment.
