My name is Zac Jones, I'm 22 and a fitness professional from South West London.
At 16 after college in 2012 I trained and worked as a pool lifeguard for 3 years in various clubs including Virgin Active - later in 2014 qualifying as a level 3 personal trainer and since then have specialised in parkour/free-running especially relating to obstacle race training for extremely popular events like the Spartan Race and Tough Mudder, also MMA/combat-fitness touching on Krav Maga for self defence, as well as loaded marches (brisk walking with weight) with emphasis on training in the hills.
I'm currently in the application process of joining the Royal Marines and a lot of the training is based on aspects of warrior fitness, so for that reason my target market is primarily although not limited to young men and I am willing to train anyone who would like to have a go!
