I've been training for a long time now and always enjoyed it for fun and for my health. I wanted to get to the next level in my fitness so took sessions with a personal trainer myself for about a year. The outcome was a amazing and I achieved more in that year than I could have imagined!
The guidance and support I was given - I could never have done it on my own. So I decided to become a personal trainer because I wanted to help other people achieve their goals, and it is life changing if you are willing to work for it. But my ethos is always 'moderation'. You still need to enjoy yourself! I'm approachable and I promise to make no judgments. My interest is in supporting you on your journey and making sure that you achieve every single goal that you set out to accomplish.
I'll guide you, direct you and motivate you when you need it, providing all the right advice at exactly the right time. We also also make it fun along the way. My methods are all depending on what you want to achieve! When I start working with you we will use a combination of exercise types. We’ll mix it up between Resistance and Interval Training. Resistance exercises will build your strength, muscular endurance and improve your muscle tone, not to mention improve your mobility, flexibility and balance. Interval Training will help both your cardiovascular fitness levels and your waistline! Or you may want to gain more muscle mass or improve a sport then I'll tailor a program that is perfect for you!
