My Personal Training sessions are all about you and incorporating fitness into your lifestyle. Each session is specifically planned to keep you moving towards your goals. Train with me and you will be motivated and educated to achieve real results. I want you to understand the principles of training as well as get fitter, leaner, stronger, whatever your goals happen to be.
Training is generally conducted at your home, either inside or outside, the choice is yours. If you rather come to me, then most sessions will be outside (yes, even in winter). I am a great believer in the time-efficiency of exercising at home. I use a variety of training methods and equipment and can bring whatever we need for the session with me, but if you have exercise equipment hidden away or collecting dust, we will get it out and use it!
