Sean’s passion for fitness began several years ago as a kids’ entertainer, organising activities and day trips to promote health and fitness for children.  His career then took a sharp turn and he ended up serving as a Bomb Disposal Searcher for six years in the armed forces!  It was here that he developed some hugely valuable skills as a leader, and his fitness was taken to new heights.  Among numerous other events, Sean has completed two marathons, including one at Camp Bastion in 45 degrees of heat!

Over the years Sean has learned to hone his passion for fitness in teaching people from very different backgrounds.  His diverse experiences from working with children to serving in the forces gives him a unique ability to tailor his training to the individual.  Because of this, Sean feels equally at home training clients who have had little or no experience with exercise, as he does training those who wish to push themselves to new limits.
