From working in the industry for over eight years I have discovered much about fitness, the most important element is key for everyone striving to attain and maintain a healthy high quality way of life. Fitness is not about quick fixes or shortcuts, there is no magic wand that instantly creates a better version of you without putting the effort in! Fitness is a way of life, it’s about consistency of application; the sooner that becomes clear with the individual the sooner the results come.

Our packages are designed for you and your goals! Regardless of whether you are new to fitness, training for an event or simply trying to raise your energy levels we will work with you to advise the best way forward and achieve any goal. From post injury rehabilitation and weight management to nutrition and tummy toning we always ensure clients receive individual motivation and attention.

Depending on your interests, goals and personal experiences, you should find that one of our packages will suit your needs. However, if you’d like something more individually bespoke, we can of course develop a program that is totally tailored to your goals. Content in your personal training session could be anything from a concentrated fat loss program in the gym to a bootcamp blitz outside. We also offer personal training sessions at your own home at no extra cost.

Where do we train?

Results Happen Personal Training has opened its own exclusive fitness centre, the Results Happen Fitness Hub, to give you a unique and comprehensive training experience. Offering a cardio area, studio, free weights are, functional training rig and synthetic performance track we will get you to those all important results!

Through each session at the Fitness Hub we will take advantage of the wide variety of equipment to maximize your workout. From power squats on the rack and rowing in the cardio section to tire slams and rope climbs in the studio, each workout will be different, interesting and challenging! Of course you are more than welcome to use the changing and shower facilities, perfect for those of you who like to train before work or if you need to head straight out.

For clients training with RHPT and looking for somewhere to make up the rest of your training, we offer top-up memberships for full and unlimited use of The Hub facilities and group fitness classes to ease the monthly costs of training leaving you with a healthy body and a healthier wallet!

He has given my confidence a fantastic boost that anyone can achieve their goals with the right mind set.
