Lee has worked in the health and fitness sector for more than 20 years and is an experienced and successful personal trainer and sports scientist. Holding a Bachelors degree and post-graduate qualifications in the various Sport & Exercise Sciences, Lee has worked both in the UK and overseas. He has successfully advised and guided many individuals, athletes and sports teams in helping them realise their potential and achieve their goals, and in the past has worked within Formula 1 as a member of a dedicated team tasked with designing and implementing innovative training protocols.

Lee also continues to work with employees of blue-chip organisations such as British Airways and RBS, and has worked with the Bloomberg Institute and the European Parliament on tackling obesity and in developing a unique set of training methods and delivery strategies designed to effectively reduce weight and improve fitness in a sustainable way.

Based in Canterbury, Kent, Lee offers a wide range of services locally to the area, including personal training and bespoke weight loss courses. Lee also offers an online nutritional analysis service, which is available nationwide; and bespoke adventure training packages and residential weight loss and fitness courses that take place in various locations across mainland Europe. The services he offers aims to be inclusive, not exclusive – so with affordable packages to suit most pockets and flexible payment schemes on request the services are open to all irrespective of fitness levels or financial constraints.

Lee is also fiercely determined to raise the quality and standard of service in the health and fitness sector, and actively campaigns for the implementation of up-rated and relevant industry qualifications and standards. He now also lectures on sustainable health and wellness to corporate, educational and medical audiences, and is a former winner of the national 'Evolution Award'.
