I  am a British Army (AR) physical training instructor and a registered level 3 personal trainer. 
My company name is BeFit-Southeast which I set up in 2013.  I work with a wide variety of male and female clients, mainly in Kent but I am able to travel to South East London and East Sussex.

After speaking to Lee I decided to use him, he is always on time, really easy to get on with and works out a program just for you.
