Hi my name is Jamie Stedman and I am a personal trainer, sports massage therapist and nutrition expert based in Llanelli.
I started my Education to become a personal trainer during my Sports & Exercise Science Degree which I studied for at UWIC, the knowledge I have acquired through my degree in human anatomy, physiology, coaching, biomechanics and psychology have helped to make me the personal trainer I am today.
I train at my own private fitness studio located in Bynea where I carry out one-one sessions as well as group sessions. I also offer home visits as well as outdoor sessions.
I'm always on the lookout for motivated, passionate individuals with a real desire to improve. Weight loss is normally right up there with the reasons why people start training with me and my strategies and training will help you to address your issues with food to promote long term success.

“I knew Jamie through Bootcamp and Spin so he was my first option due to his enthusiasm and devotion to his job.
