I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 12 years. Including managing gyms in Saudi Arabia.  I’m currently working at Spirit Health Club as a personal trainer.

My passion is basketball which I’ve played at both National and European level.  I also spent the summer training with an NCAA side in America. I still train on a regular basis and also enjoy both strength and power training.

I have two young daughters who keep me on my toes.  Both under 5 and extremely active.  Looking after them is a workout on it’s own!  But I love every minute of it.

Specialist Areas

My specialist areas are kinesiology and core stability training. I have also developed a six week weight loss course which combines both nutrition advice and exercise and a 12 week body transformation program that is suitable for individuals new to training and includes 2 group exercise sessions and 1 personal training session per week. Both these programs have a 100% success rate.
