I have been featured in the leading fitness magazine ‘Men’s Health’ and asked to write an article on core and abdominal training styles to create new alternatives for readers to use and as a Motivational Coach and Speaker with 16 years experience, I have been asked to speak on BBC radio several times about Weight Loss, Running for Fitness and Healthy Lifestyles.
Having worked in Personal Training and Coaching for a leading gym and health club, I have also run outdoor training groups and organised and hosted a Hampshire running club, led studio workout classes and weight loss groups.
