I'm a REPs level 4 advanced Personal Trainer and have a degree from Nottingham Trent University in Sports Science and Management.
I not only offer 1-2-1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions but run multiple group sessions on a weekly basis too. These bring together my passion for sport and exercise as I combine fun games with circuit training, as well as adding team building games to outdoor sessions too.
I have taken part in multiple different running events for charity including the Robin Hood half Marathon, Yorkshire 10k series and Men's Health Challenge. Along with that I've done the Isle of Wight Challenge and the Buxton twin peaks midnight walk.
